It was great to meet many of you through the lens--and in the bars--at the Toronto International Improv Festival 2004.
A number of people have approached me about using these photos, and I'd be happy to oblige them. You may use any of the photos of the Improv Festival free of charge for promotional purposes. There are a few simple conditions:
1) They may be used on a web site or sent via email as long as they are not significantly altered.
2) Credit must be given underneath the photo in the format "Photograph by Kevin Thom" with a link to www.kevinthom.com.
3) The photos may NOT be printed without permission from me. For license to print images, or to use these images in printed material, please contact me via email at prints@kevinthom.com.
I'm discounting print licensing to $20 Canadian per image, which gives you access to a high resolution, color corrected digital file of the image. This condition also applies to use of the photos in multimedia presentations on videotape, DVD, etc..
4) Obviously, the photos may NOT be sold.
